Returns and Exchanges

Our policy includes free product exchanges, with no time limit , as long as the garment remains in the same state of quality and use as it was delivered.

We accept changes on any product as long as we have stock available.

If you exchange a product for another of a higher value, you would only pay the difference in price between the two.

Llimona Brand offers you a guarantee on all products you purchase for 30 days from receipt of the product.

You can start the return process in our online store, through our website.

Once the return has been initiated, you will be reimbursed for all the money you have paid.

Please note that the costs of returning the item to our warehouse will be your responsibility.

We will refund the amount of the returned item(s) to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Our standard domestic shipping method takes between 3-5 business days, counting from the first business day after your purchase.

For example, if you purchase on a Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday of the following week, counting from that day between 3 to 5 business days depending on your destination.

Remember that you can always select the express shipping option, in which we guarantee receipt within 24h/48h.

International shipments may take longer depending on the destination, usually between 5 and 10 business days from the time the order is prepared.
